It takes too long to be in the room; all the patients say the same thing. It's frustrating because they have you waiting, and it feels like they don't attend to you quickly.

It was a 7 hour wait, which I think was too long for what they did to me (vitals, labs, and plates).

The nurse who treated me is the best in the world, she explained everything to me very clearly, helped me to be comfortable, and sheltered me so that I wouldn't be cold, she treated me as if I were someone in her family. If I meet her on the street I will hug her very tightly, I will never forget her, and how she treated me I am very grateful.

All of the staff was very professional, very quick to take me in. I was having a hard time breathing, so of course they would check me. That's what they did and got me a bed right away and they were all very, very courteous and did answer all my questions and assisted in other requests that I had. They were all really, really good and I hope this is a service that anyone and I receive any other time we have to go to the emergency room. Thank you.

The nurse dropped her supplies on the floor twice while trying to setup an I.V. The doctor kept insisting that I use good judgement when deciding when to use the epi pen. The doctor said I should use it only when I start to feel swollen. However, my primary care doctor, who is board certified, instructed me to use it at the first sign of a severe allergic reaction. On a positive note, the staff that admitted me and the staff who took care of my paperwork all treated me with care and in a professional manner

And what I think is to improve is the time they keep you on hold without attention takes many hours to solve a problem, thank you.

I liked the experience. They explained to me very well. The nurses were very friendly. They helped me with the problem I had and gave excellent care. The front staff was very kind and helped me download the application for chat. They were very kind and I'd recommend them.
