They helped us. The only problem we had was that we were waiting for a half hour, 45 minutes at the end for a prescription that was already written, just waiting for us to be called out. I had to go and say that we had to miss it, for them to be like, oh, wait, I think it's already written up, for them to go get it, because we were running late for the other kids' appointments.
