I waited 5 1/2 hours with a broken arm and was not offered any pain medication until being discharged. There is no privacy and no comfortable place to wait. The service there was far better than it was a year ago. A year ago I was put out in a hallway. I was put out in a lounge. It was terrible service, but this other night was fantastic. Thank you. Bye.

The only thing is that when an emergency arrives, they do not have the determined criteria to see what the patient's needs are. I understand that the receptionists are not doctors and less so would know what patient needs are. Everything else was fine. There are some people at reception who don't have enough sensitivity.
