The nurse was really great. Was attentive and very friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional. My test results were told to me in more detail than has ever happened before. I do appreciate how the nurse and doctor performed during my stay.

It will be nice to improve the wait time and how the process is going in the ER because I was not able to know what was happening or anything. I was just in a bed with no information at all.

It's just the timing that we spend at the hospital with so many people around, all the people are so sick and they're not taken in at all, and the people that are so sick younger, you don't take them in at all. I know you're really, really busy, but this has to be improved. You guys have to improve the service. That's all. Thank you.

My nurse, Jasmine, was very professional, very sweet. She made me feel better immediately just by her attitude and her demeanor and plus the excellent care that she gave me. I highly recommend Jasmine's service and I'm very happy with the care that she gave me. Thank you.

I think that listening to the patient and paying attention to the patient more than importantly watching the patient and checking on their symptoms might help improve the quality of the care provided. I was initially in there for severe headache and the doctor came in, talked to me once and left, did not return back. A nurse actually was the one who discharged me because I was in tears and as soon as I left the ER I was vomiting and still sick and I ended up with COVID which they did not diagnose me for any
