I'm very disappointed on the way they treat me because I waited almost three hours and nobody was able to help me at all. So I'm not recommending this hospital to no one. They need better service, definitely.

Well, just be a little faster. I know that there are other people who also want to be cared for, but when they are children, my point of view is that they are a little quicker with children.

You know, I had a good experience. Everybody was very helpful and they were very informative, so I was very happy with the way they helped me. So I'm very thankful.

The truth is that they treated me very well, especially the nurse named Carlos, who was very kind, explained everything to me and was attentive, and the doctor who treated me was also very professional and attentive. The truth is, the best experience I have had in an emergency because with the former nurses and the doctors were horrible, they reluctantly treated us. I'm talking about 2 years ago when I was in the emergency room. They are no longer the same.

I just wish ECRMC had better nurses and more staff. The difference between arriving to ECRMC and UCSD are so different.

I was ignored, neglected and forgotten. I had a terrible experience. Would not recommend getting treatment there.
