E.R Staff were a bit unprofessional. They spoke about their income working there. They played loud music on a speaker at 3 a.m. they laughed about it and did not apologize. Did not check on me much. Waited for hours for nothing. They spoke about people's diagnosis. They made several comments unnecessary comments about some patients. Mocking patients.

It's a bit slow

Well, it's a long wait to be seen by a doctor.

The doctors and nurses were very kind and attentive. Although the wait was extremely long, we waited over eight hours to be seen. Thank you.

I really liked the service, I mean, everything was very friendly.

I should have asked more questions but was really tired after 4 or more hours there. Was hoping they would do more to help her instead of giving prescriptions. I know it's tough when patient has Alzheimer's

The interior needs to be cleaned up. It was a mess and it smelled bad. That's my complaint.
