Waiting area for people that are coughing should enforce face mask . People are coughing and spreading germs . I would suggest have additional waiting area for people that go for other reasons.

Well, look, everything was very good. The only thing I didn't like was that they held me, sewed my leg while I was sitting on a chair, and put my foot on top of an iron chair and sewed it up. That was the only thing I didn't like, but everything else was very good. The way they sat me down to sew was what I didn't like. Thank you.

And I arrived at 12 and they attended to me 4 or 5 hours later, so they are faster for me to have people go through the consultation faster or to have better service.

I want to thank everyone because they treated me excellently. I was in tremendous pain, and all the nurses treated me with great care. They were very respectful and very helpful. The doctor was also a wonderful person. The person who did my tests, everyone treated me excellently. I thank you all. God bless you. Thank you. Bye.

I went to the doctor for my son where I was informed all his tests came back negative. However, I took him to his doctor the next day and he tested positive for RSV. They were very concerned because he had a fever of 103 for the last two days. And I don't see how RSV would have came up with the level of sickness that my son had at the time. And one of the nurses didn't treat my son very well until it was said that he had autism. The care only went up after that statement. Okay. That is all.

I want to tell you that I have attended the downtown hospital several times and the truth is that yes, I was disappointed in the service they gave me in the past. But with this last visit I made I was surprised by the service they are providing, they improved 100% honestly, I hope they continue like this because in any way we can have a better service and thank you and good night.
