I was not told that all beds were occupied by other patients and no space was available. I had the arm cuff walking with it all the time and the breathing tube to hold it with me until a nurse would ask for it. I put it in my purse because I didn't want any infection get to it, it was going to go on my mouth, I have to take it back because I didn't see until I got home. Nobody knew who was in charge. They kept asking who was in charge. And then when we finally went in to get our vitals for our child, it took them a while. They had multiple people in there. The nurses were nice, taking our vitals, but we took three hours. We had no information about the swabs. We kept asking after they swabbed her if the swab information was already in. Jan 8, 2025 All the staff involved was very respectful and courteous Jan 7, 2025 I t was my first time at the hospital. It was super crowded but despite all the work and amount of patients, the nurses and doctors were calm and collected. I felt their compassion and kindness toward me and made me feel important. I am grateful I was there about 5 hours and the doctors did more testing in a short time than my doctors. Great work! Jan 5, 2025 I was not provided with timely follow up care once registered and I felt like I literally had to consistently beg to get the service needed! My IV was put in place over an hour after preparing me for it! I was left to wait in lobby for almost 5 hours despite me asking every 30 minutes and yet no assistance I would just be sent back to waiting room. Patients kept arriving and leaving and I was still there finally I had said this is ridiculous, I am leaving I told the nurse I was leaving and he told me my lab Dec 27, 2024 I think the waiting area should be a little larger and perhaps enforce mask regulations during the flu season. The only thing that I can say is that in this SMS message evaluation, I entered a 1, but I did not want that. It was suppose to be a 4. The same for all of them was excellent attention, thank you. Sep 27, 2024 I waited in the waiting room for 6 hours b4 I got a room. I was at the hospital for a total of 12 hours. Aug 30, 2024 I was treated fast, promptly, courteous, and the nurse checked on me very often. I want to praise all the staff and providers that were taking care of me since I arrived at almost 4:30 pm until I was discharged at almost 2:30 am, almost 19 hours in their care. THANK YOU Aug 30, 2024 Everything was very good. They attended me kindly at the visit and received us very fast. But they should be a little faster in attending patients because they had me waiting an hour and a half so the other person could enter so my son could leave. Please, reduce the wait time and be a little faster so patients don't get impatient. That's the only thing I'd like improved, is the wait time. I had to wait long for the doctor to see my son. Aug 6, 2024 A great customer service from the nurses. As soon as I walked in, the nurses treated me with respect. The doctors, the art and the x-ray technician, also the lab also with respect. The only thing is that when I walked in, I standed in line for a couple of minutes and nobody actually helped me to let me know what's the process to check in. The hospital, there was the window open. I was next to the standing line for a few minutes. I could just hear the people on the registration gossiping.
