    My bad experience was that I arrived at 3 o'clock and they didn't give me medication until after 5 o'clock. The nurse was very good; they checked my blood pressure, temperature, and vital signs. However, after that, I had to wait a long time for tests to be done, and then I had to wait a long time again for the doctor in charge to come and read me the results. I thought it was very wrong of him because he went to see other patients before me, and they kept telling me to wait for the doctor to read the resul

    My experience was generally really positive. I appreciated the explanation of care and steps to take if I did feel symptoms again. I would have appreciated maybe them having a little bit more knowledge about potential ways that their medicine could interact with the current medicines that I was taking from a naturopathic doctor. Or at least I had been told that the hospital would have a database of medications that they could inform me about. So maybe that is one potential area for improvement and there's r

    I was told that they would do an ultra sound on my daughter's face to confirm diagnosis, give her Benadryl, and run tests for a virus. She was tested for Covid and the flu. That was it. They prescribed amoxicillin. It took 5 hours to get those results.

    They were treating me like a, not like a human being, because sometimes dogs get treated better than a human being, that's how I feel about your hospital.
