The entire hospital service was very good and all very professional.

My bad experience was that I arrived at 3 o'clock and they didn't give me medication until after 5 o'clock. The nurse was very good; they checked my blood pressure, temperature, and vital signs. However, after that, I had to wait a long time for tests to be done, and then I had to wait a long time again for the doctor in charge to come and read me the results. My experience was generally really positive. I appreciated the explanation of care and steps to take if I did feel symptoms again. I would have appreciated maybe them having a little bit more knowledge about potential ways that their medicine could interact with the current medicines that I was taking from a naturopathic doctor. They take rather long at Reception and it's super cold.

I was told that they would do an ultra sound on my daughter's face to confirm diagnosis, give her Benadryl, and run tests for a virus. She was tested for Covid and the flu. That was it. They prescribed amoxicillin. It took 5 hours to get those results.

They were treating me like a, not like a human being, because sometimes dogs get treated better than a human being, that's how I feel about your hospital.
