The medical attention was very good, the nurses were also very perfect, the registration was very good, the only thing is that I waited a long time, more than 2 hours, for the doctor to look at me, as for the doctor, he is a very efficient person and everything in reality The only thing is the wait, thank you.

The doctors and nurses were wonderful, the phlebotomist was wonderful as well only problem, we had was the registration when we come in. There's nobody there to tell us where to go what to do. You know, they're like oh you need to wait over there, but we had to ask after 5 minutes to find somebody, you know what are we supposed to do. So, you know, the whole registration process is just kind of, getting checked in. It's just it's terrible. That's something you guys need to work on.

Excellent. It was excellent.

Service was excellent, just that it took 4 to 5 hours in the waiting room, cuz there was no space and I think that was ridiculous. Where you had people there for more than 6 hours and it was kind of hectic being there for that long when my child had a pain on his finger.

They should improve more on the wait because 4 to 6 hours is a long time having congestion.
