My opinion about the treatment from reception staff is she's a little serious and her smile depends on how she looks at you, and how her mood is. You can see right away when she receives you if she's in a good mood or not. The nurses are absolutely professional. It's great treatment from the people who treated me. There was a moment where I had to step out of the room and Bonnie came in to medicate my daughter and Bonnie stayed with my daughter in the room because she felt bad leaving my daughter alone. For me, that goes above and beyond what another staff does at El Centro Regional. I think you should have a better understanding of how long a patient has to wait in ER. The six hours is a lot of hours for a stone, kidney stone pain. Thank you. Feb 5, 2024 The wait time is extremely excessive and I was told that it wasn't even as bad as it does get. For me it was four hours of waiting, which was quite daunting. And then I was told that the waiting time tends to be closer to 10 hours. This is unreasonable for someone as a patient dealing with an ailment, having to wait that amount.
