    I liked that they cared about my health. They did everything possible to make sure nothing happened to me and they did the tests to check. They were very fast in aiding to my health and they were very concerned about everything, which I like.

    You need to improve on the waiting. I was there at 8.10 and I got out at almost 11 p.m.

    It's all very good attention. The only thing is that one waits a lot, 4 hours waiting, and they told me there were people waiting for 8 to 10 hours.

    The truth is that on two occasions I have had the opportunity to be in the hospital, and for me personally, the care has been excellent. Truly first-class attention. I am very happy, and of course, I would recommend it. Thank you very much. I am very grateful to all the staff because from the moment you arrive at the emergency room, the care is very good.

    I went in for a stone and I sat there for closely for six to seven hours. Finally after the fourth hour or fifth hour, they put an IV in and gave me some medication. And then I didn't see a doctor. I saw a nurse practitioner and a nurse LVN is the one that let me go home. I think you should have a better understanding of how long a patient has to wait in ER. The six hours is a lot of hours for a stone, kidney stone pain. Thank you.

    I had an emergency, and the ambulance came for me. Everyone treated me well, but especially the person who was most in charge of my care, who I believe was the head. They treated me very well. I was stable when I left and returned home in good condition. Thank you very much.

    I told them that my son had autism that required different attention and they treated me as if my son did not require different attention.

    The wait time is extremely excessive and I was told that it wasn't even as bad as it does get. For me it was four hours of waiting, which was quite daunting. And then I was told that the waiting time tends to be closer to 10 hours. This is unreasonable for someone as a patient dealing with an ailment, having to wait that amount. Especially during what they said was the quiet time. There's a problem with handling or with time. There's got to be something that can be done by the facility to improve the way th

    The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait 8 hours or too long. I don't know if they don't have enough staff, but all the staff were very friendly and explained very well, they did quite a few studies on me. I'm happy with that, the only thing is time. Wait was too much.

    I highly am satisfied with the treatment that my son got at the hospital. Right when we stepped in, they were very patient with him. They were very kind and gentle and very comprehensive on my son's... My son is autistic and they understood, like I said, that we're very comprehensive, gentle. They did everything that they could in the best of their abilities to help my son and get him the proper treatment and the way they treated us, it was just awesome. It was amazing. We felt welcome. I'm giving it a 10.

    I went in with what I thought was a broken hand. Had X-rays done. After 4 hours of waiting in the lobby, I left without knowing the results. To this day, my hand is still in a lot of pain. You can text or email me the results.
