I was in the ER for six hours, five or six hours. When I saw a doctor, they said that I needed IV pain medication and it was ordered, but since they could not find a bed for me, I was in the hallway and I was not allowed to have IV pain medication in the hallway.

ER wait time for final results is too long.

The staff was very friendly, they tried to give us information as quickly as possible, the only thing is that, for example, they say one thing and they didn't. We had to wait almost 12 hours for them to give us concrete answers that perhaps it wasn't your fault, but if you had better communication with the ambulance department, it would be better, or perhaps not give us the information until it is something concrete.

Dr. Nene did a great job and the nurses, I really felt fine there. They contacted my personal cardiologist and electrophysiologist right away and had dialogue with them on which direction to take me. They did a good job. Thank you.
