And I much more prefer a virtual visit for med refills than the last time I had an appointment at the clinic in person. I was there for three and a half hours for a simple five-minute appointment. They never took care of me. An hour went by and I wasn't called. They never called me. It was a total failure. They didn't pay any attention to me. I didn't get a doctor. I just didn't go.
